The time has come..

Well the time has finally come. We received our notice to vacate our house. We have 30 days from today. Chad and I are looking everyday for a new place to live and trying to get everything packed and get ourselves downsized in time! lol We haven't really found many suitable places to live, but luckily we have a little time to keep looking for something that will work for us.

Heise Hot Springs, family reunion

Kuma and I went up to Ririe, ID. for the Finn family reunion this weekend. We had so much fun! Kuma met all sorts of dog friends, got in a couple little dog fights, that she started! And I had some great conversations with family I haven't seen in a while. This first picture is Kuma at 50 mph, look at her left ear! lol The next two pictures are my view of the Snake River from the front door of my tent. Beautiful! The next one is Kuma, happy in her traveling bed. And last but not least the last one is Lacey and I at the fruit stand we stopped at to buy fresh homemade fruit, vegetables, jam, and bread. Yum!!

4th of July

Oh the pandamonium of the 4th of July! We went to Chads dads house to do some fabulous fireworks and eat some great BBQ food. Everything was going just swimmingly when disaster struck... Chad and Luke lit a fountain type firework and it started shooting off all these pretty colors when suddenly a gust of wind tipped it over.. Oh dear.. Everyone started to scatter into neighboring yards and into the garage because we were being shot with exploding colored fireballs!! One flew past me on my right and started a small fire in between the neighbors house and their garbage can! Then one was coming straight at me so up I went to get out of there and just then Scott was running in front of my to check out the fire so we bashed into each other. When this happened Scott lost his momentum and was hit with a blue fireball that was meant for me! It burnt a hole in his shirt and gave him a small burn. I ran into the garage with Megan and Jackie and finally it was over. We were in there talking and laughing about what just happened when I smelled something burning. We chalked it up to the small fire started at the neighbors and we went to see the damage done. I kept smelling something burning, so I checked the lawn chairs convinced something was still on fire somewhere. Suddenly I realized it was me!!! A fireball had snuck into the underside of my hair during the commotion and I didn't even realize! I found the source and started pulling chunks of my hair out, of it smelled so so so bad! I had to wear the hood on my hoodie the rest of the night because the smell was sickening :(

Park City!

Seth came to town! He had a short layover getting in on Tuesday and leaving early Wednesday, so when I picked him up form the airport we went up to Park City to hang out for a few hours. Chad was at work :( Seth and I rode the Alpine Slide and the Alpine Coaster! So fun! I highly recommend the coaster!

Today I put in for another job at IHC. The position is at Primary Children's Emergency Dept. still part time, but benefits eligible and a set schedule! The hours would be Sat-Sun 7a-7p.. I'll keep you posted!

This is my first blog post! I'm not quite sure what I'm suppose to write, so I will just try to update this weekly. The reason I got the idea to start this was because we are both so busy with life that we don't see our families and friends as much as we would like to. This is true especially since now I have 2 jobs and am starting school again on August 25th. So as much as we don't see you know that me updating this blog means we are thinking about you and want you to be involved in our lives and our life together, even if it is through pictures and text!
